Dr. Alvin Lo, DMD
Dr. Alvin Lo, is originally from Markham, Ontario, graduated from Western University in 2004 and from the University of British Columbia Dental School in 2010.
Dr. Lo’s simple goal is to help patients make educated decisions about their health. Then, with his handpicked team of assistants, hygienists, administration and specialists, work together to achieve those goals. He will always take the time to give and explain an honest professional opinion based on his findings and disease-prevention philosophy, not on insurance plan benefits or coverage.
Dr. Lo believes it is important to detect and manage problems early, including straightening teeth so they last a lifetime.

Dr. Lo strives to expand his skills, knowledge and treatment scope by regularly attending continuing education courses and conventions locally and all over North America each year. In his spare time, he loves spending time with his family and playing music with friends.
Amber, Patient Care and Treatment Coordinator
Graduating as a Level II certified dental assistant in 2008, Amber lived and worked chairside in dentistry for 7 years in Bermuda before moving home to Ontario. While in Bermuda, she also managed and promoted island charity events for many associations including the Bermuda Boxing Federation, Bermuda Rugby Association and Bermuda Amateur Muay Thai Association. She is our most organized, productive and energetic team member, quick to laugh and we are so lucky to have her!
Amber is experienced in Treatment Coordination and management roles within the dental field, and approaches her position with an empathetic, relationship building philosophy. She has completed multiple online diplomas in Customer Service and believes passionately that a customer service experience can affect the entire course of someone’s day.
Outside of work, Amber spends time with her furbaby Dallas, playing the ukulele and walking in nature.
Carol, Registered Dental Hygienist
Carol has truly seen the evolution of this practice. A patient at the office since she was young, Carol started working as a hygienist here in 1991 and has been a true rock for the office through the years. Once the youngest team member and now our veteran, it is Carol’s presence that reminds everyone where this practice came from and how lucky we are to be able to carry it into the future. Carol has transitioned along with grace and an open mind, always leading by example by putting hard work and patient care front and centre.
Carol has 3 lovely children, a fun loving husband, and is known to yell at the television during every Leafs game…
Leeann, Certified Dental Assistant II
Leeann is a certified level II dental assistant, graduated from George Brown College class of 2022. She takes pride in her profession and enjoys helping our patients with all their dental needs. She will be with you every step of the way in your journey of achieving a healthy smile as the head of clinical support and our Invisalign program.
Outside of the office, Leeann likes to spend time with friends, try new foods and listen to music. Her favourite way to reconnect with herself and the community is through yoga and aerial dance.
Mary, Registered Dental Hygienist
Mary, originally from Markham, Ontario, graduated with honours from George Brown College in 2013. She joined Dr. Lo’s team as a dental hygienist in 2018, eager to assist her patients in achieving their optimal oral health. She strives to do so by staying current in her field and sharing her knowledge. When she is not working, Mary enjoys spending time with her husband and son, listening to music and cuddling with her cat, Axel. She believes that laughter really is the best medicine!
Doris, Certified Dental Assistant II
Doris Zhang is a certified Level II Dental Assistant with a background in business and healthcare. She holds a Business degree from China, completed the Business Marketing program at Georgian College, and graduated from the Dental Assistant program at Oxford College.
Doris is committed to providing high-quality patient care and values the opportunity to continuously grow and learn within the dental field. She is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Outside of work, she enjoys music, movies, food, travel, and spend time with family.
